Practice experience · Built for small firms

Your firm runs on five tools that don't talk to each other. That ends here.

Client documents in email. Engagements in a spreadsheet. Invoices in a separate tab. Every tool your firm depends on is disconnected from every other — and your team is the one bridging the gaps manually, every day.

JAMM Intelligence Index

The only practice intelligence network built for tax firms.

Every other tool in this market organizes your work. The Index does something no other practice software does — it tells you exactly how your firm performs compared to other firms your size, doing the same work, at the same point in the tax calendar. Here is precisely how it works and exactly what happens with your data.

What JAMM PX collects

Your firm's own operational numbers — how long your engagements take, how fast your clients return documents, how quickly your invoices get paid. This happens automatically as your team uses the platform. You don't fill anything out. You don't submit anything. It's the same data you'd want to track yourself if you had the time.

What you see

Your firm's numbers, compared to the market average for firms your size and service mix. That's it. You see your number. You see the market average. You see whether you're above or below it — and by how much.

What no one ever sees

No individual firm's data is ever visible to anyone outside that firm. Ever. Not to us. Not to other firms on the platform. Not to anyone. What you're comparing yourself against is a market average — one number that represents all contributing firms combined. There is no way to identify what any specific firm is doing. No exceptions. No workarounds.

To be completely clear

You contribute your data to a pool. That pool produces a market average. You compare yourself to that average. Nobody in the pool can see your data. You cannot see anyone else's. The only thing anyone ever sees is the average — and their own firm's performance against it.

The six metrics you're benchmarked on

Engagement Velocity

How many days it takes your firm to complete an engagement, from creation to done. Compared to the market average for firms with the same service mix.

Document Collection Speed

How many days it takes your clients to return documents after you request them. Compared to the market average for firms your size.

Invoice Payment Time

How many days from invoice sent to payment received. Compared to the market average for your cohort.

Portal Adoption Rate

What percentage of your clients have logged into the client portal. Compared to the network average.

Automation Utilization

How much of the available automation your firm has turned on and actively uses. Compared to peers.

Deadline Adherence

What percentage of your engagements are completed before their filing deadline. Compared to similar firms.

Founding firms seed the Index. The data they contribute from day one is what makes every benchmark accurate — for themselves and for every firm that joins after. A firm joining after launch can never replicate 18 months of clean data history. That position doesn't exist anywhere else in this industry.

The math

Software fees scale with headcount. Yours shouldn't.

Per-seat pricing was designed for enterprise teams with IT budgets. Small accounting firms end up subsidizing that model every month.

Why we built this

The tools built for big firms don't fit small ones.

Every enterprise accounting platform was built for firms with a dedicated IT person, a dedicated billing team, and a software budget in the tens of thousands. Small firms — the ones doing real work for real clients — get the same price sheet and a fraction of the support.

JAMM PX was built by someone who worked inside a small accounting firm and got tired of the same problem: too many tools, none of them talking to each other, and a software bill that grew every time someone new joined the team.

JAMM PX is built specifically for smaller tax and accounting firms. That means a UI that doesn't require training, pricing that doesn't punish growth, and integrations that work out of the box.

Common questions

Everything you need to know before signing up.

What tools does JAMM PX replace?

JAMM PX replaces the practice experience layer — client management, document management, e-signatures, client portal, billing and invoicing, time tracking, workflow automation, and team communication. It does not replace tax preparation software (Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries) or accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero). Those stay. Everything else consolidates into one flat rate.

Is the $299/month price really flat — no per-seat fees?

Yes. $299/month covers your entire firm regardless of how many people you hire. A 2-person firm pays the same as a 10-person firm. After June 1st the price increases to $449/month for new firms permanently. Founding members who lock in before June 1st pay $299/month forever.

What's the difference between Ring One and Ring Two?

Both lock your price forever. Ring One is application-required — 10 firms selected by the founder, with direct founder access, four live feedback calls, and lifetime access to every new feature. Ring Two is open to anyone who signs up before June 1st — founding price locked, Intelligence Index access included, and a 60-day opportunity to earn Ring One status through performance.

What is the JAMM Intelligence Index?

The Index is a practice intelligence network — not a dashboard. It aggregates anonymized behavioral data from firms on the platform and lets you compare your firm's performance to cohort-matched peers. Founding firms contribute data from day one, which means their benchmarks are permanently more accurate than any firm that joins later. Index access is free for life for founding members as long as their subscription is uninterrupted.

What happens if I cancel?

Your founding price is retained permanently — even if you cancel and return. Your Intelligence Index access is permanently lost the moment you cancel. It does not return at the founding rate. If you rejoin and want Index access, you pay full price and your data history starts over.

What does the 60-day guarantee cover?

Complete onboarding, use the platform for 60 days. If JAMM PX doesn't deliver on what we've promised, we refund every dollar. No questions asked. No negotiations.

How does the onboarding work?

JAMM PX is designed to be set up by your firm without assistance — most firms are live within a few hours of signing up. If you'd prefer we handle everything for you, you can add done-with-you onboarding for a one-time $99 fee. We configure your clients, workflows, and integrations on a single call before you go live.

Does JAMM PX integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes. JAMM PX has bi-directional sync with QuickBooks Online. Your client list stays current without manual updates. JAMM PX does not replace QuickBooks — it wraps practice experience around it so both work together.
